A member of our team will reach out shortly after to confirm the fees and the appointment. You can also email us a copy of your requisition. If you do not have a prescription, contact us by email or by phone and we’ll be able to help you with your testing needs.

Can I walk-in for a test or do I need an appointment?

While we encourage booking an appointment for efficient service and to ensure necessary preparations are followed, we also accommodate walk-in testing.

How long does it typically take to get results and how will I receive them?

Results will typically be delivered to you by email within 24-48 hours. Some tests may require more time for analysis due to their nature. Note that results will also be sent to the prescribing health professional as well.

How can I schedule an appointment at VitaLab?

We have three different ways to schedule appointments: directly on our website using our scheduling tool, by telephone or by e-mail.

Is testing at VitaLab covered by medical insurance?

Yes, testing at VitaLab is covered by all private and work insurance programs. We provide insurance receipts for quick and seamless insurance refunds.
